Rocket Gaming Systems® (RGS) has a Customer Support Team that is dedicated to assisting our customers with their needs. Our support center is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with individuals that are trained to handle each call with efficiency, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
With our advanced technology we are able to troubleshoot remotely and resolve a number of issues without dispatching a technician. However, if our call center is unable to resolve your issue, a service ticket is opened and a technician is dispatched.
RGS Support Technicians are specially trained to service RGS proprietary hardware and software. Our Support Technicians are typically located within 150 miles of our gaming customers. This allows for routine visits and quick response times.
